To provide transfer to regions for passengers returning to Ukraine on special flights the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine engaged several carriers — Likebus company, and natural person-entrepreneur Pavlyuk Vitaliy Ivanovych.
What passengers have to do
Passengers need to arrange a transfer on their own using any of the messengers — WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram.

Transfer terms
Transfer is provided at extra cost. Groups of up to 10 people in one vehicle are formed on the spot. Passengers agree with the carriers about the transfer on their own.
Please consider that regular and irregular carriage of passengers by road in suburban, intercity intraregional and interregional services throughout Ukraine is banned now. The internal passenger intercity railway and bus service has also been suspended.
You can move around the country in cars in an amount of not more than 10 people in one vehicle.
