We are in this together! SkyUp is looking for Product marketing manager (B2B) a leader who will achieve new ambitious goals and horizons together with our multinational team.
Основні обов'язки:
- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and create targeted campaigns to attract and retain business clients.
- Collaborates with charters, ACMI and sales teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business units’ goals
- Collaborates with brand marketing, digital marketing, PR, SMM teams to design and control the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Use digital software and e-marketing tools for regular, structured campaigns for B2B products (e.g. newsletters, promotions).
- Create a calendar of events and promotions, initiate a plan of activities.
- Fill the website with relevant information in the part of B2B products
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all B2B marketing channels and materials. Enhance the airline’s brand reputation within the business community through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
- Measure, analyze and report of campaigns performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Develop loyalty programs and incentives to increase customer retention and satisfaction
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive marketing initiatives
Вимоги:
- University degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the B2B segment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing systems, marketing automation, and analytical software.
- Fluent English.
