Particular attention is paid to ensuring the safety of passengers in flight and maintaining the established order on board the aircraft of the Airline.
This is also related to the tendency increasing the number of incidents in the world due to the unlawful behavior of individual passengers during the flight. Unfortunately, Ukraine's civil aviation did not miss such a negative trend either.

The basis of the policy of the Airline for unruled passengers is intolerance to those who commit offenses and inadmissible acts.
Also considered the provisions of the Tokyo Convention of the International Civil Aviation Organization of 1963, according to which an aircraft commander, for the purpose of ensuring flight safety and the preservation of discipline on board, may land any passenger who has committed or is about commit on board aircraft an act which create a hazard to the aircraft, people or their property, in the territory of any state where the aircraft is landing.

In the event of any aggressive action by the passenger, crew members have the right to use all facilities, including physical deterrence, to resolve the situation and transfer the offender to law enforcement authorities at the landing airport.
