Highlights in figures
According to our internal statistics*, in October, we completed 91% of flights on time. We keep within the desired stable punctuality rate of 85-95%.
In October, we operated 825 domestic and international flights: 672 charter and 133 regular, of which 79 flights were within Ukraine. The total number of passengers we carried is 130,916 people.
The volume of freight we transported rose almost 2.5 fold compared to the previous month, and in total amounted to 31 tons.
We supported homeless animals
On World Animal Day, we joined the Happy Paw Shelter Animal Adoption Campaign “Find your fur friends in shelters”. All cats and dogs taken from the participating shelters by the end of the year will always be transported for free on our flights. Find details in the news publication.
We launched a new service for commercial pet and animal transportation
In the spring, during quarantine, we began to develop freight transportation. And in October, we launched a cargo pet and animal transportation service in accordance with the international IATA LAR (Live Animals Regulation), taking into account the type of animals, their age, criteria and conditions for accommodation on the airline, temperature conditions, etc.
Winter holidays in Bulgaria and Turkey, new travel formats
In October, the tickets for Kyiv — Sofia — Kyiv flights became available. We also launched another ski destination Kyiv — Kayseri — Kyiv, making it easy to ski on Erciyes volcano now. We plan to start operating flights on both routes in December 2020.

Also in October, we completed the development and announced the launch of Weekend for U, a new format of short smart travels (air flight, hotel, author's excursion programme accompanied by a licensed guide and a group leader). Marina Grankina, a producer of the Heads and Tails TV show and a professional traveler, personally guide the fist group arriving in Istanbul on 6 November during their weekend.
*The method used to calculate statistics is as follows: we consider flights from and to airports of Ukraine. From all these flights, we calculate those that were late by more than 15 minutes, more than 30 minutes, more than one hour and canceled flights. Punctuality rate is the percentage of flights that departed with a delay of less than 15 minutes, according to world aviation standards
