Charter flights
SkyUp is open to cooperation on charter flights. We have extensive experience in air transportation on behalf of companies, tour operators, sports organizations, state bodies and organizations - charter, cargo, evacuation and humanitarian flights.
The SkyUp brand is officially represented in the EU. The SkyUp MT airline company received an operator's certificate (AOC), a certificate of the Continuing airworthiness management organization and an airworthiness license (AOL). This allows us to operate charter flights from EU countries.
SkyUp LLC (PQ; SQP) with Ukrainian registration and SkyUp MT (U5; SEU) with Maltese registration operate under the SkyUp brand.
What we offer
We are ready to provide 8 medium-haul Boeing 737-800 aircraft and 2 medium-haul Boeing 737-700 aircraft for charter flights. The average age of planes is 14 years. All aircraft are equipped with modern and reliable CFM56 engines.
Our Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft have an improved Sky Interior design with LED interior lighting and more convenient and spacious luggage shelves. Multi-colored interior lighting, which is selected depending on the phase of the flight, creates an atmosphere of comfort and allows passengers to better endure long flights. Part of our planes has been re-equipped with Geven seats, it is planned to install them on all the company's planes.
We at SkyUp also care about quality customer service. Our crews undergo regular training and refresher courses to ensure safety and excellent onboard service. The team has a high level of training and is able to adapt to the individual needs of the customer.
In addition, the company has the permission of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to operate flights to the countries of the European Union and the right to operate commercial flights to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In June 2022, SkyUp Airlines received a Swiss operating permit.
SkyUp invests in fleet modernization to reduce environmental emissions. We equipped our wings with Split Scimitar® winglets for fuel economy and improved aerodynamic performance. An aircraft with such winglets helps save 225,000 liters of fuel and reduces carbon emissions by 568 tons per year.
Our experience
It was with the charter program that our operational activities began in 2018. Then we launched a regular program and until the start of the full-scale war successfully developed according to the hybrid model, effectively combining transportation in both directions. We cooperated with the largest tour operators of Ukraine and performed year-round charter programs for them.
We have an individual approach and extensive experience of cooperation with tourist operators from Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Turkey and other European countries. Over five years of operation, SkyUp has made 20,656 charter flights* under its own charter programs. We transported 3,505,800 passengers* on routes covering 54 countries*.

The company cooperates and performs flights on the request of sports teams.
In the fall of 2022, we transported sports club players from Riga. For Rigas Futbola Skola, Riga-Pisa-Riga and Riga-Istanbul-Riga flights were performed.
We continue cooperation with FC Shakhtar. In 2022, we made 11 flights and initiated a series of charity matches together with the club.
In the spring of 2022, in partnership with The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, we evacuated more than 2,700 citizens of Ukraine on flights to Israel, as well as evacuated Ukrainians to Portugal, Sweden, etc. Along with people seeking safe haven, we also transported their pets. For the convenience of citizens, evacuation flights to/from Ukraine were carried out as close as possible to our border, including the airports of:

Also, in September 2022, SkyUp joined the organization of special flights for the celebration of Rosh Hashanah by Hasidic pilgrims. The airline made fourteen flights: six — from Tel Aviv to Chisinau and eight — in the reverse direction. A total of 1,122 passengers* arrived from Israel as part of the program, and 1,496* returned.
