The SkyUp TM brand is officially represented in the EU. The SkyUp TM brand operates under the Ukrainian-registered company SkyUp LLC (PQ; SQP) and the Maltese-registered company SkyUp MT (U5; SEU).
What we offer
We are ready to provide 8 medium-haul Boeing 737-800 aircraft and 2 medium-haul Boeing 737-700 aircraft for charter flights. The average age of planes is 14 years.
Our Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft have an improved Sky Interior design with LED interior lighting and more convenient and spacious luggage shelves. Multi-colored interior lighting, which is selected depending on the phase of the flight, creates an atmosphere of comfort and allows passengers to better endure long flights. Part of our planes has been re-equipped with Geven seats, it is planned to install them on all the company's planes.
At SkyUp, we prioritize quality customer service. Our crews undergo regular training and refresher courses to ensure safety and excellent service onboard. The team is highly trained and able to adapt to the individual needs of the client.
In 2024, SkyUp Airlines received the prestigious Amber Sky Best Sales Pitch award, confirming the high level of our team's expertise. Our crews adhere to the highest standards and continuously improve their knowledge by applying best practices from the tourism industry.
SkyUp Airlines has successfully passed the audit and received registration in the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) program. This once again confirms the high operational safety standards maintained by SkyUp Airlines.
In addition, the company has the permission of the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) to operate flights to the countries of the European Union and the right to operate commercial flights to Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. In June 2022, SkyUp Airlines received a Swiss operating permit.
Our experience
Our operational activities began with a charter program in 2018. We later launched a scheduled program and successfully developed a hybrid model, efficiently combining both types of transportation until the full-scale war began. Join UP! tour operator has been our strategic partner for many years, and we operate charter programs from various countries (Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Moldova, Lithuania, Estonia, and others) for them.
We take an individual approach and have successful experience cooperating with tour operators from Slovakia, Germany, Armenia, Romania, Italy, Ukraine, and other European countries. Since starting operations in European airspace in 2022, we have completed 6,520 flights*, transporting over a million passengers* to 67 countries*.

The company cooperates and performs flights on the request of sports teams.
In the fall of 2022, we transported sports club players from Riga. For Rigas Futbola Skola, Riga-Pisa-Riga and Riga-Istanbul-Riga flights were performed.
We continue our cooperation with "FC Shakhtar." Since 2022, we have completed 44 flights and initiated a series of charity matches with the club, including a flight to Japan for one of them.

Conducting evacuation and special flights is another area in which SkyUp Airlines provides charter services.
In 2020, SkyUp Airlines evacuated Ukrainians from Wuhan, and since 2022, we have carried out flights aimed at helping those fleeing the war.
In partnership with various organizations, we have transported over 2,700* Ukrainian citizens to Israel, Portugal, Sweden, and more. We continue to actively assist the state, delivering citizens to safe locations. As part of our cooperation with the Main Intelligence Directorate (HUR), we have conducted numerous evacuation flights, including from Lebanon and the Gaza Strip, for which we received official recognition.

Over six years
Since 2018, SkyUp has been regularly operating flights for Hasidic pilgrims for the celebration of Rosh Hashanah. We are pleased that our partners trust us year after year and recommend us as a reliable carrier.
