About Us and Our Results
SkyUp™ is a private airline operating since 2018. We have been active in Europe since 2022, providing charter and scheduled services, as well as ACMI operations.

Over the past few years, we have consistently doubled our annual charter performance, finishing 2025 with more than 9,100 charter flights and over 1.5 million passengers carried. Our flight geography covers more than 50 countries across different regions of the world. The top five markets by flight frequency and passenger traffic were Egypt, Poland, Moldova, Romania, and Turkey.
We work closely with tour operators and have more than 10 partners in our portfolio. In particular, we have maintained a successful seven-year partnership with the Join UP!™ group of travel companies. We also collaborate with sports organisations and serve as the official carrier of FC Shakhtar Ukraine since 2018.

Fleet, Service and Safety
For charter operations, we deploy Boeing 737 aircraft configured in economy class with 149 or 189 seats. These aircraft offer enhanced passenger comfort, including seats with additional legroom, larger overhead bins, and adjustable LED lighting designed to create a more pleasant onboard experience. We continuously modernise our fleet to make flying with us more comfortable while reducing environmental impact.

Our crews ensure that every journey, from take-off to landing, takes place in a calm, comfortable, and safe environment. Team members regularly complete mandatory training, additional education, and advanced qualification programmes to maintain excellent standards in both passenger service and aircraft operations. Our experience and professionalism allow us to adapt to each client’s individual requirements.
SkyUp™ crews strictly follow the highest aviation industry standards and continuously enhance their skills by applying best practices from the travel sector. In 2024, SkyUp Airlines LLC received the prestigious AmberSky Best Sales Pitch award, recognising the high level of preparation and professionalism of our team.
In 2025, SkyUp Airlines LLC became a member of IATA (International Air Transport Association), the global airline trade association representing around 350 carriers and more than 80% of global air traffic. The airline also successfully completed the IATA Operational Safety Audit under the latest Risk-Based IOSA standard, confirming that our internal processes fully comply with current international aviation requirements and ensure stable, reliable operations.
