On October 23, 2021, the 15th SkyUp aircraft arrived at Boryspil International Airport. It's medium-haul Boeing 737-800NG with 189 seats. The aircraft has state registration number UR-SQQ.

The plane was released in 2006. It is equipped with eco-efficient split-tip winglets, which are already common for the airline's fleet. The aircraft arrived in SkyUp branded livery.

UR-SQQ will operate both international and domestic flights. Currently, SkyUp flight program includes more than 60 destinations. Among them: Spain (Madrid, Barcelona, Alicante, Tenerife), Cyprus (Larnaca), Czech Republic (Prague), Poland (Lodz), Bulgaria (Sofia), Austria (Salzburg), Slovakia (Poprad), Turkey (Istanbul), Portugal (Lisbon, Madeira), France (Paris, Nice), Kazakhstan (Almaty), Georgia (Tbilisi, Batumi), Armenia (Yerevan), Uzbekistan (Tashkent), Tanzania (Zanzibar) and Sri Lanka (Hambantota).

As of today SkyUp Airlines fleet includes:

  • two Boeing 737-700 NG with 149 seats
  • nine Boeing 737-800 NG with 189 seats
  • four Boeing 737-900 ER with 215 seats

SkyUp Airlines invests in the modernization of its fleet to improve the environmental friendliness, comfort and safety of flights. The airline's fleet is equipped with split-tip winglets to save fuel and improve aerodynamics. An aircraft with such winglets saves about 225 thousand liters of fuel and reduces carbon emissions by 568 tons a year.

Also, aircrafts have thin seats, which provide more free space between the rows for greater comfort of passengers during the flight.
