In August, the punctuality rate of Ukrainian low-cost SkyUp Airlines reached 72% of the flights performed. All data here is given in accordance with the internal statistics of the company*.
The meaning of punctuality
The calculations are based on all flights performed during the month. Some of them were completed on-time, another were delayed. The punctuality is the percentage of flights completed on time. This month, our rate is 72%. At the same time, only 10% of flights were delayed for more than an hour.
Our performance results in August
The number of flights completed is 1,103. Thus, we continue to increase the total number of flights, as well as the percentage of regular flights. Compared to June results, in August we performed 52 more flights.
In August, SkyUp carried 186,121 passengers. The number of passengers increased by 13% compared to June. In addition, most of them that is 61% flew by regular flights.

* The method used to calculate the internal statistics of the company is as follows: we consider flights from the airports of Ukraine and to the airports of Ukraine. From all these flights, we calculate those that delayed for more than 15 minutes, more than 30 minutes, more than one hour, and canceled flights. Punctuality is the percentage of flights that departed with a delay of less than 15 minutes according to world aviation standards.
