SkyUp Airlines: Rules for Participation in the Partnership Loyalty Program “Iron friends”

• The loyalty program of JSC “Ukrainian Railways” (hereinafter also referred to as JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”) known as “Iron friends" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is a set of measures that regulates the relationship between the Program Organizer and the Program Participants. Under this program, the Participants are entitled to a 7% discount on the purchase of an air ticket via the website https://skyup.aero/. The discount applies to the fare part of the ticket, except for already discounted tariffs.
• The organizer of the Promotion is SkyUp MT Limited (hereinafter also referred to as SkyUp MT or SkyUp). Code C - 103645, address - Ewropa Business Centre, Level 3, Suite 701, Triq Dun Karm, Birkirkara, BKR9034, Malta.
• Participants in the Promotion are users of the mobile application from JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) who are members of the "Iron friends» loyalty program. 
• To participate in the Promotion, users must obtain a promotional code (hereinafter referred to as the “Promo Code”) for exchanging bonus points called “Hugs” (hereinafter referred to as the “Bonuses”), in the Application.
• The Promo Code is a unique code in electronic form that enables the Promotion Participants to receive a discount on a ticket under the terms of the Promotion.
• Bonuses (“Hugs”) are conditional units that JSC “Ukrainian Railways” assigns to the Participant in accordance with the terms of its Loyalty Program.

• The Promotion period runs from 2024/12/10 to 2025/12/01 for flights operated from 2025/04/17 to 2025/12/10 (both dates inclusive).
• Promo Codes are valid from 2024/12/20 to 2025/12/10.

• Information about the terms of receiving Bonuses and participating in the Promotion in the Application, organized by JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, can be found in the Terms and Conditions of the loyalty program “Iron friends” at https://app.uz.gov.ua/loyalty/index.html or in the Application “Ukrzaliznytsia”.
• The Promo Code can be used on https://skyup.aero/ when purchasing tickets for regular SkyUp flights. To apply the Promo Code, users must enter the unique code in the “Enter Promo Code” field during checkout.

• The Promo Code is prohibited from being sold, transferred or disclosed in the public domain, including on the Internet.

  The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any Promo Code at any time and for any reason. Grounds for cancellation include, but are not limited to, instances where the Organizer reasonably believes there was an error or fraud during the issuance or receipt of Promo Codes, unauthorized or illegal use of Promo Codes in violation of the rights and legitimate interests of the Organizer or third parties, or if the Promo Codes have expired and are no longer valid.

• The discount available to Participants is 7% of the fare component of the ticket.
• The discount does not apply to special or promotional offers.
• Information about the discounted ticket price is displayed during the purchase process on the https://skyup.aero/ website.
• Each Promo Code can be used only once.
• Promo Codes cannot be exchanged or replaced with their cash equivalent.

The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules, including during the Promotion period, as well as to terminate the Promotion early or extend it without prior notice to the Promotion Participants. The amended Rules take effect upon publication on the Website unless otherwise specified in the updated version.

• The Organizer is not liable for non-fulfillment, improper fulfillment, or untimely fulfillment by Participants of their obligations under these Rules.
• The Organizer is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data, contact information, or other details provided by Participants in their personal profiles within the Mobile Application or after activating the “Get” and “Exchange” options during the Promotion.
• The Organizer is not liable in case of force majeure circumstances, such as natural disasters, fire, flood, military actions of any nature, blockades, significant changes in the legislation, applicable in the territory of the Promotion, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizer.
• The Organizer is not liable for the use of Promo Codes after their issuance to Participants or for the inability of the Participants of the Promotion to use them for reasons due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
• The Organizer is not liable for the failure of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” to fulfill its obligations under the loyalty program “Iron friends”.
• The Organizer is not liable for failure to perform actions related to the Promotion due to the loss of Participants’ personal data within the Mobile Application.

• The General Conditions of Carriage of SkyUp Airlines apply to transportation booked and services purchased using the Promo Code.
• The processing of passengers' personal data is carried out following the procedure established by the current legislation and by the terms of the privacy policy available at https://skyup.aero/uk/privacy-policy.
• The procedure for the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions, as well as any activities related to the Promotion are governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
• By participating in the Promotion, Participants confirm their familiarity with these Rules and their full and unconditional agreement to them.
• Violation of these Rules by the Participant or refusal of the Participant to properly comply with these Rules is considered to be the Participant's refusal to participate in the Promotion. Such Participants are not entitled to any compensation from the Organizer, including monetary compensation.
