Entry conditions to the Czech Republic
Entry is allowed for tourists with an international covid certificate of completing a full course of vaccination with a vaccine certified in the EU.
Before entering the Czech Republic, everyone must fill out an entry form (https://plf.uzis.cz/). The received email confirmation (printed or saved on a mobile device) must be shown at the border control.
