November 2019: SkyUp punctuality statistics and other month results

In November 2019, SkyUp Airlines performed 67.5% of flights on time. We provide all data in accordance with the internal statistics of the company*.

In autumn, meteorological conditions become frequent causes of flight delays. Last month fogs caused both direct aircraft delays and changes in the timetable of all subsequent flights of the delayed aircraft.

November Indicators

- 1105 flights were performed (90 more than last month), of which 552 were charter flights and 553 were scheduled flights.
- 173 209 passengers were carried (almost 8.5 thousand more than in October).

New directions

In November, SkyUp made its first flight to Lviv – Tel Aviv. The airline also announced the launch of four new summer destinations from Lviv: to Burgas, Barcelona, ​​Batumi and Heraklion.

Since November, tickets for new flights departing from Kiev are being sold on the site:

Kiev – Pisa – Kiev (Wednesday, Saturday) from 1 655 UAH**, start on April 1, 2020 
Kiev – Bari – Kiev (Monday, Friday) from 1 655 UAH**, start on March 30, 2020

In November, SkyUp Airlines introduced new concepts for smart travels:

- #TravelSmart for flights from the regions to the UAE: from 3140 UAH** for a one-way ticket without baggage charge.
- #KidsGoFree – a zero-tariff rate for children on flights to the UAE until March 28, 2020.


*The method used to calculate statistics is as follows: we consider flights from and to airports of Ukraine. Punctuality rate is the percentage of flights that departed with a delay of less than 15 minutes (according to world aviation standards)
