- Ticket holders for scheduled SkyUp flights with departure or return dates from February 16 to February 20, 2022 can choose new flight dates without any penalty.
- You can choose new dates both in your personal account on the airline's website, or via our contact center, or at partner agency network.
- A request to change the date must be sent to the airline at least 6 hours before departure.
- The offer is valid for all fares.
- If the price on the chosen new date is higher, the passenger pays only the difference in price.
