General rules for the SkyUp Birthday Air Ticket Draw

The Organizer of the SkyUp Birthday Air Ticket Draw
(hereinafter referred to as the Draw) LLC “SKYAP AIRLINES”, address: 02121, Ukraine, Kyiv, Kharkivske Shosse, 201 / 203-2a (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
The territory of the Draw is the territory of Ukraine (except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and temporarily occupied territories).
Dates of the Draw – the draw is held: from 05/21/2025 to 05/25/2025 inclusive.
The Draw is held by the Organizer on the Instagram page @skyup.aero, within the framework of which the Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to receive the Prize, subject to the performance of the actions specified in these Draw Rules.
Competition task – The Participant must post a collage of photos titled “Wish Map” (hereinafter referred to as “Wish Map”) in the story, the template of which will be posted by the Organizer on 05/21/2025 in the story on his page @skyup.aero on the social network Instagram (hereinafter referred to as “Page”).
Prize 1 – The Winner receives a prize in the form of round-trip air tickets to any of the destinations available at the time of booking offered on the website https://skyup.aero/uk, except for peak load periods (high season) determined by the Organizer. Travel dates are agreed between the Winner and the Organizer, taking into account the availability of free seats and organizational capabilities.

ATTENTION! The Prize is not subject to return or exchange. Payment of cash equivalent is not allowed. The image of the Prize in advertising or information materials may differ from the real one. Replacement of the Prize with other goods/services is not allowed.

¹ The “prize” within the framework of this draw means the opportunity for the Winner to purchase round-trip air tickets to one of the available destinations at a special conditional price of 1 (one) euro for the entire flight, according to the official exchange rate of the hryvnia to the euro set by the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of booking. The remaining cost of the tickets is covered by the Organizer.
The Winner is the Participant who has received the right to receive the Prize from the Organizer of the Draw.
Participants of the Draw:
1. All citizens of Ukraine who have reached the age of 18 during the Draw period, have a valid international passport and have fulfilled all the Rules below can participate in the Draw.
2. Employees of SkyUp and Join UP! and their family members are prohibited from participating in this Draw.
In order to participate and become a participant in the Draw, you must:
1. Be a registered user on Instagram and use your own Instagram account, be subscribed to the @skyup.aero page on the Instagram social network and have a public page.
2. Complete the draw task in accordance with clause 4 of the Rules.
3. The participant does not have the right to create stories on his/her page with the Wish Card an unlimited number of times.
Selection of Winners:
1. On 05/26/2025, the Organizer will select one Winner from among the Participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the Rules of the Draw, using the random.org service https://www.random.org/.
2. The Organizer will notify the Winner of the win by private messages on Instagram. The selected Participant (Winner) has 48 hours to confirm his/her identity in order to receive the Prize.
3. If the Winner does not contact the Organizer (in private messages on Instagram) within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment the message is sent, it is considered that such Winner has voluntarily refused to receive the Prize and he/she will not have the right to claim the Prize.
  
  ATTENTION! The Organizer of the Draw reserves the right to change the mechanics of determining the Winner and make changes to the Rules.
Receiving a Gift:
1. The Winner is obliged to provide the Organizer with his passport data (international passport), as well as a current postal and email address for issuing air tickets. Within 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment of his official determination as the Winner, inform the Organizer about the direction of travel (route) in order to book air tickets.
2. In case of failure to provide the necessary information within the established period, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Prize without any compensation.
3. The issued air tickets will be sent to the Winner by e-mail.
Additional information:
1. All results of the Draw are final and cannot be appealed.
2. The procedure for determining the recipient of the Gift does not pursue the purpose of making a profit.
Processing and protection of personal data:
1. By participating in the Draw, the Participant consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of implementing the terms of the Draw.
2. The Organizer takes the necessary measures provided for by the legislation in force in Ukraine and aimed at protecting the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified using such data).
3. The Organizer is the Owner and Administrator of the personal data of the users of the Draw.
4. The Organizer's Privacy Policy establishes: the procedure for the Organizer's processing of personal data, the types of personal data that are processed, the purposes of using such personal data, the Organizer's interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, the conditions for accessing personal data, as well as contact information for data subjects regarding access, changes, blocking or deletion of their personal data, resolving issues related to the protection of personal data, and exercising the rights of data subjects. The Organizer's Privacy Policy is available for review at the link - https://skyup.aero/uk/privacy-policy. By participating in the Draw, you agree to the provisions of the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
5. The Rules are approved by the Organizer and are valid during the Draw period.
