Smile Back Card is a special card or email with a bonus that we provide in case of an unpleasant situation during your journey. It's a sign of our gratitude for your understanding and patience.
Detailed terms of use:
- The discount is 5% off the fare portion of the ticket (excluding airport fees, taxes, and additional services).
- The discount applies only to the base airfare.
- The discount amount cannot be refunded as cash equivalent.
- The promo code is valid for bookings made from the moment of receipt until December 31, 2025, inclusive.
- The promo code can be used for travel between April 17, 2025, and December 31, 2025, inclusive.
- After the specified period has been ended, any unused promo code will be canceled.
- Each promo code is unique and can be used only once.
- To use the discount, enter the promo code indicated on your “Smile Back Card” in the designated field when booking a ticket on the official website.
- The promo code must be entered before confirming the booking payment.
- After applying the promo code, the discount will be reflected in the final amount.
- The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers, discounts, and special fares.
- The discount does not apply to group bookings (more than 8 people).
- The discount cannot be applied to bookings that have already been made.
- One passenger can use only one promo code per booking.
- The promo code is non-transferable to other individuals and third parties.
- The promo code cannot be used after changing or canceling a ticket.
- In case of a refund for a ticket purchased using a promo code, the discount is not considered when calculating the refund amount.
For your use of the “Smile Back Card” features, we process your personal data to the extent necessary to identify you as our client and provide you with the appropriate discount. The purpose of such processing is to provide you with the opportunity to use the discount within the framework of the “Smile Back Card” program.
The processing of personal data of Users takes place in accordance with the requirements of the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR).
You have all the rights of a data subject defined by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data. The airline reserves the right to change the terms of using the “Smile Back Card” without prior notice.
In case of technical problems with promo code activation, please contact the support service.
The administration has the right to refuse the use of a promo code in case of suspected fraud.
