General rules for the SkyUp souvenir product raffle

The organizer of the SkyUp souvenir product raffle (hereinafter referred to as the “Raffle”) is SKYAP AIRLINES LLC, located at 201/203-2a, Kharkivskoe Shosse, Kyiv, 02121, Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

  1. The territory of the raffle is the territory of Ukraine (except for the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and temporarily occupied territories).
  2. Dates of the raffle – the raffle is held: 05/16/2025; 05/17/2025; 05/18/2025, 05/19/2025.
  3. The Draw is held by the Organizer on the Instagram page @skyup.aero, within the framework of which the Organizer provides the Participant with the opportunity to receive the Prize, subject to the performance of the actions specified in these Rules of the Draw.
  4. The task of the Draw is to provide an answer to the question that will be posted by the Organizer in the stories on the page @skyup.aero on the social network Instagram (hereinafter referred to as the “Page”):
    1. The Organizer, during the period from 05/16/2025 to 05/19/2025, posts a question on its Page every day, to which the Participants must provide an answer by responding to the stories. 
    2. The Prize is awarded to the Participant who will provide a matching answer to the corresponding story of the Organizer the fastest.
  5. Prize – each of the Winners receives the following prizes, depending on which day of the Draw he provided the correct answer in accordance with clause 4(a) Rules:
  • 16.05.2025 - notebook, stickers, socks, cap with SkyUp logo
  • 17.05.2025 - notebook, stickers, shopper, key ring with SkyUp logo
  • 18.05.2025 - notebook, stickers, shopper, key ring with SkyUp logo
  • 19.05.2025 - notebook, stickers, shopper, socks with SkyUp logo

ATTENTION! The Prize is not returnable or exchangeable. Payment of cash equivalent is not allowed. The image of the Prize in advertising or information materials may differ from the real one. Replacement of the Prize with other goods/services is not allowed.

  1. Winner – Participant who received the right to receive the Prize from the Organizerof the Draw. According to the results of this Draw, four Winners will be determined who will receive the Prize.
  2. Participants of the Draw:
    1. All citizens of Ukraine who have fulfilled all the Rules below during the Draw can participate in the Draw.
    2. Each Participant has the right to re-participate in the Draw during its term in accordance with clause 2 of the Rules.
    3. Employees of SkyUp and Join UP are prohibited from participating in this Draw!
  3. In order to participate and become a participant in the Draw, you must:
    1. Be a registered user on Instagram and use your own Instagram account, be subscribed to the @skyup.aero page on the Instagram social network.
    2. Answer the questions that will be published in the Organizer's stories (hereinafter referred to as "Stories") during: 05/16/2025; 05/17/2025; 05/18/2025, 05/19/2025 on the @skyup.aero page on the Instagram social network. The Participant leaves his/her answer in the appropriate box in the story.

  4. Selection of Winners:

    1. The Organizer will select the winners from among the Participants who have fulfilled the conditions of the Contest Rules and were the first to provide the correct answer to the question in accordance with the specific Story.
    2. The Organizer will notify the winner of the win by personal messages on Instagram and/or respond to the comment made by the relevant Participant. The selected Participant (Winner) has 48 hours to confirm his/her identity in order to receive the Prize.
    3. If within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the moment of sending the message, the Winner does not contact the Organizer (in private messages on Instagram), it is considered that such Winner has voluntarily refused to receive the Prize and he will not have the right to claim the Prize.
    4. The Winners will be announced by the Organizer every day, during the validity period of the Draw on the @skyup.aero page on the Instagram social network.

ATTENTION! The Organizer of the Draw reserves the right to change the mechanics of determining the Winner.

  1. Receiving the gift:

  • The Organizer will send the Gifts to the Winners within one week from the moment of announcing the Participant as the Winner, by sending them by Nova Poshta

  1. Additional information:

    1. All results of the Draw are final and cannot be appealed.
    2. The procedure for determining the recipient of the Gift does not pursue the purpose of making a profit.

  2. Processing and protection of personal data:

    1. By participating in the Draw, the Participant consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of implementing the terms of the Draw.
    2. The Organizer takes the necessary measures provided for by the legislation in force in Ukraine and aimed at protecting the confidentiality of personal data (information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be identified using such data).
    3. The Organizer is the Owner and Administrator of the personal data of the users of the Draw Participants.
    4. The Organizer's Privacy Policy establishes: the procedure for the Organizer to process personal data, the types of personal data that are processed, the purposes of using such data the Organizer's interaction with third parties, security measures for the protection of personal data, conditions of access to personal data, as well as contact information for data subjects on access, modification, blocking or deletion of their personal data, resolution of issues related to the protection of personal data, exercise of the rights of data subjects. The Organizer's Privacy Policy is available for review at the link - https://skyup.aero/uk/privacy-policy. By participating in the Draw, you agree to the provisions of the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
    5. The Rules are approved by the Organizer and are valid during the Draw period.
