What to see

Walk along the Brankov Bridge over the Sava. Here you can compare the panoramas of the Old Town and New Belgrade, as well as take a walk in the People's Park.

Nearby is the Museum of Contemporary Art with works by Marina Abramovich. The entrance ticket costs about €6*.

See the Cathedral of Saint Sava By the way, it can accommodate 10,000 people at the same time and looks very pompous. From there, head towards Skadarlija Street. This is one of the most bohemian and oldest streets in the city. Here you can sit for a while with a glass of wine and pleasant chatter.

And if you are in the city during the warm season, be sure to visit the "Belgrade Sea". Ada Ciganlija is a huge beach with all the beach stuff.

There is a real cult of meat in the city. Therefore, street food is mainly about burgers and cutlets. A hearty snack will cost approximately €2*, but for your money, you will get the maximum gastronomic experience.
