Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop a system of employee adaptation;
  • Accompany the offboarding process;
  • Introduce staff retention initiatives;
  • Initiate and implement projects to improve employee experience;
  • Participate in other HR projects.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR from 2 years (adaptation, 1x1 meetings, exit interview, performance management);
  • Practical skills of project implementation to improve and enhance the experience of employees;
  • Knowledge of analytics and the ability to act ahead;
  • High communication skills, negotiation, proactive attitude, desire to learn.
