Main responsibilities:

  • Implementation of customer loyalty programs;
  • Tracking the quality of the services provided in flight: the communication of the cabin crew with the passenger, the quality of the services provided on board, pilots greeting;
  • Quality control of the food provided on board;
  • Quality control of promotional items;
  • Flight attendant uniform control;
  • Work with a book of suggestions on board.

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Sociability;
  • Punctuality.

  • Official employment, according to the Labor Code of Ukraine;
  • Paid vacation (24 days);
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00 - 19:00 (position involves business trips);
