Online check-in
An online check-in service is available through MY BOOKINGS.
Online check-in is available for regular flights and closes 4 hours before departure.
For charter flights, check-in is at the airport and is free of charge.
Auto Check-in
Automatic check-in automatically assigns you a free available seat on board, checks you in for the flight, and emails your boarding passes as soon as check-in opens.
At certain airports, the boarding pass must be collected at the check-in desk.
Availability depends on the flight and departure airport.
Airport check-in (Regular and Charter flights)
You can check in for a flight at the departure airport at the airline's check-in desk.
- You can drop off your checked baggage at self-service drop-off points or at the airport check-in desks.
With the Fly&Celebrate fare, airport check-in is free of charge. For all other fares, the service costs €30.

*Due to the high passenger traffic at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) and queues at passport control during the peak summer season, starting from 01.06.2026, check-in at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) will close 60 minutes before departure.
We recommend that passengers arrive at the airport well in advance to allow sufficient time for passport control procedures.
Important check-in information
Before departure, be sure to check the latest information regarding travel abroad and entry/return to Ukraine on official resources, e.g. on the website of IATA (International Air Transport Association) or on the official websites of the country of your trip.
In case of discrepancy between the rules of entry to the countries on different resources, the priority is the information posted on the official website of the destination country.
