An online check-in service is available through MY BOOKINGS.
Online check-in is available for regular flights and closes 4 hours before departure.
For charter flights, check-in is at the airport and is free of charge.
Airport check-in (Regular and Charter flights)
You can check in for a flight at the airport of departure at the airline's check-in desk.
- You can drop off your checked baggage at the self-service drop-off points or at the check-in desks at the airport.

*Due to the high passenger traffic at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) and queues at passport control during the peak summer season, starting from 01.06.2026, check-in at Warsaw Chopin Airport (WAW) will close 60 minutes before departure.
We recommend that passengers arrive at the airport well in advance to allow sufficient time for passport control procedures.
Important check-in information
Before departure, be sure to check the latest information regarding travel abroad and entry/return to Ukraine on official resources, e.g. on the website of IATA (International Air Transport Association) or on the official websites of the country of your trip.
In case of discrepancy between the rules of entry to the countries on different resources, the priority is the information posted on the official website of the destination country.
Have you selected Fly&Celebrate? Then, check-in at the airport is free for you. For other fares, the cost of this service is 30 €.
