We continued moving forward, reaching new heights while staying true to our mission: supporting Ukraine, delivering reliable air service, and keeping the dream of returning to Ukrainian skies alive.

Growth That Inspires

This year, SkyUp Airlines™ operated 60%* more flights and carried 61%* more passengers than in the previous year. Collaborations with leading airlines and tour operators opened routes to 59 countries for our fleet. While we are still unable to operate flights in Ukraine, our overseas operations contributed over 370 million UAH* in taxes to the state budget.

Safety and Technology: The Foundation of Our Stability

Successfully passing the IOSA audit was a significant milestone, reaffirming SkyUp Airlines™ compliance with international safety standards. Our SAFA rating of 0.16 – one of the best in European aviation — reflects our relentless focus on process improvement.

Technical innovations, such as the implementation of the AMOS system, have enhanced resource management, operational stability, and long-term cost efficiency by reducing spare part expenses and aircraft downtime. These efforts ensure we remain a reliable partner for airlines and deliver high-quality services to our passengers.

Empowering Our Team: Support That Inspires

SkyUp Airlines™ is more than just a brand; it's a community where every employee matters. Recognizing that success stems from a strong team, we launched several initiatives this year to support our staff:

Peer Support Program A platform for psychological support, especially crucial for pilots and cabin crew, providing a dependable resource during challenging times.

Over 100 internal training sessions and webinars: These opportunities helped our team enhance their skills and uphold high standards of performance.

Participation in sports events: Employees, including those running in the Kyiv Marathon, fostered team spirit and promoted a culture of healthy living.

HR Pro Awards recognition: SkyUp Airlines™ won the "HR in Business Transformation" category for the "From Impossible to Incredible" project. This initiative showcased our journey from the onset of full-scale invasion to 2024 achievements, sharing strategies that enabled rapid recovery and market expansion.

Engaging with youth: Our specialists delivered lectures at top Ukrainian universities, including KPI and KAI, inspiring the next generation.

Looking Ahead

A major breakthrough this year was the launch of scheduled flights, a significant step toward offering travel from Chișinău to destinations like France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Cyprus. Ticket sales have already started, with the first flights scheduled for spring 2025. This milestone signals SkyUp’s return to scheduled aviation, upholding the highest standards of reliability and comfort.

2024 reaffirmed that even in the most challenging times, we remain strong, united, and filled with hope for the future.
