SkyUp Airlines continues to operate and support charitable initiatives. From March 6 to 17, 2022, the company performed 8 flights, which allowed 1248 Ukrainians to evacuate to Israel under a repatriation program. Along with our passengers, their pets went to Israel: a total of 83 animals were transported.
Evacuation of Ukrainians will continue to take place in active cooperation with The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews: the flights are planned for another 1,500 Ukrainians.
Dmytro Seroukhov, CEO of SkyUp Airlines, said: “As a conscious company, we understand that we must continue to operate for the well-being of country - in order for Ukraine to have a bright future. I would like to express my gratitude to The International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, the Embassy of Ukraine in the Republic of Moldova, the Honorable Ambassador Shevchenko Mark Oleksandrovych and personally Humeniuk Serhii Mykhailovych, who worked tirelessly to help our compatriots, and all those, who took their part to make these flights possible. We are honored that our company can become a kind of bridge between Ukrainians and friendly countries, where our people can feel safe. We will continue to do everything possible to contribute to the security and well-being of the citizens of our state. Now, more than ever, our nation is strong and united, thanks to the support of the world.”
