Main responsibilities:

  • Building and development of a system of rewards and recognition (Total rewards):
  1. Participation in the development and implementation of the Performance management system;
  2. Building the logic of the management system by objectives;
  3. Participation in the description of competencies (general, leadership, professional);
  4. Participation in the assessment of competencies.
  • Evaluation of positions. Grade system management;
  • Development of HR analytics;
  • Participation in the formation of HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building a system of general rewards (Total rewards);
  • Knowledge of management tools by objectives, their differences (BSC, KPI, OKR, MBO and others) and implementation experience;
  • Knowledge of the methodology of construction of grades;
  • Knowledge of key metrics for building HR analytics;
  • Knowledge of organizational design.
