How to create an account on skyup.aero 

Creating a personal account will help you quickly book tickets, store your data and the data of those with whom you travel most often, and track all your trips in one place. 

1. Go to the upper right corner of the skyup.aero website 
   If you opened the site from a laptop or computer, click the "Login" button in the upper-right corner. If you are using the mobile version of the site, click on the main menu icon in the upper-right corner. Then, the "Login" button 
2. Select "Create Account" 
   If you are a new user, click "Create Account". If you already have an account, just select "Login". 
3. Fill in the data 
   Enter your email address, contact details, and create a password. Make sure that all fields are filled in correctly. 
4. Confirm account creation 
   Click "Create" and continue. A confirmation email will be sent to your email. If you haven't received the email, check your Spam folder. 
5. Complete your registration 
   Open the email from SkyUp and click "Confirm Email". After that, you will automatically be taken to your personal account - that's it! 
    

How to use the balance on the skyup.aero website 

1. Log in to your personal account on the website. You should book your ticket from there. 
2. Information about the passenger's balance is located in your personal profile in the "Personal balance" section. In addition, the entire available balance is displayed in the upper right corner under the name "PQ" or "U5". If you have funds on your balance in both hryvnia (PQ) and euro (U5) equivalents, you can switch between balances in the same section at the top of the page. 
3. Select the amount of the balance that can be used and enter it in the "Use PQ/U5 balance" field. Click the "Apply" button. 
4. After that, you need to accept the terms and conditions and check the "I agree" box. 
5. The main amount will be updated after completing these steps. Click "Pay" and you will be redirected to the payment page. Done! 
    

How to use a promo code on skyup.aero 

1. After entering your contact details at the final booking stage, click the "Promo code" button and enter the code in the appropriate field. 
2. Click the "Apply" button. 
3. Next, you need to accept the terms and conditions and click the "I agree" check box. 
4. The main amount will be updated after completing these steps. Click "Pay" and you will be redirected to the payment page. Done!
