How to create an account on skyup.aero
Creating a personal account will help you quickly book tickets, store your data and the data of those with whom you travel most often, and track all your trips in one place.
- Go to the upper right corner of the skyup.aero website
If you opened the site from a laptop or computer, click the "Login" button in the upper-right corner. If you are using the mobile version of the site, click on the main menu icon in the upper-right corner. Then, the "Login" button.
- Select "Create Account"
If you are a new user, click "Create Account". If you already have an account, just select "Login".
- Fill in the data
Enter your email address, contact details, and create a password. Make sure that all fields are filled in correctly.
- Confirm account creation
Click "Create" and continue. A confirmation email will be sent to your email. If you haven't received the email, check your Spam folder.
- Complete your registration
Open the email from SkyUp and click "Confirm Email". After that, you will automatically be taken to your personal account - that's it!
How to use the balance on the skyup.aero website
- Log in to your personal account on the website. You should book your ticket from there.
- Information about the passenger's balance is located in your personal profile in the "Personal balance" section. In addition, the entire available balance is displayed in the upper right corner under the name "PQ" or "U5". If you have funds on your balance in both hryvnia (PQ) and euro (U5) equivalents, you can switch between balances in the same section at the top of the page.
- Select the amount of the balance that can be used and enter it in the "Use PQ/U5 balance" field. Click the "Apply" button.
- After that, you need to accept the terms and conditions and check the "I agree" box.
- The main amount will be updated after completing these steps. Click "Pay" and you will be redirected to the payment page. Done!
How to use a promo code on skyup.aero
- After entering your contact details at the final booking stage, click the "Promo code" button and enter the code in the appropriate field.
- Click the "Apply" button.
- Next, you need to accept the terms and conditions and click the "I agree" check box.
- The main amount will be updated after completing these steps. Click "Pay" and you will be redirected to the payment page. Done!
*SkyUp Airlines TM reserves the right to restrict the passenger's ability to use the balance to pay for the entire booking. The passenger will only be able to use a certain percentage of the total ticket price. The balance can be used to pay for the entire ticket price, but not more than 90% of the ticket price.
How to buy a ticket on the skyup.aero website
- On the main page of the website, select:
- the city of departure, the city of arrival,
- the dates of travel,
- the number of adults/children for whom the ticket will be purchased.
- Then select the desired flight and the fare for which you want to travel, and click “Next”. When choosing a fare at the stage of purchasing a ticket, pay attention to the “i” mark, which clearly states the baggage allowance for each fare.
- Indicate the name and surname of the passenger(s); other data can be entered directly during registration. The departure and arrival times are indicated locally.
- At the next stage, the website immediately offers additional services:
- additional baggage,
- carriage of animals,
- meals on board,
- seat selection.
Select the necessary ones or simply click “Next”.
- You will be redirected to a page where you can review the trip details and add additional services if you did not do so at the previous stage.
- In the grey box on the right of the same page, carefully enter your e-mail address, contact phone number and use a promotional code or funds from your personal balance, if you have any.
- Click the check mark next to “I agree to the rules”, and then the “Next” button.
- You will be redirected to the payment page. Enter your bank details, confirm the payment in the banking application.
- Done! Your tickets will be sent to the email you specified. If suddenly there are no tickets, check the “Spam” folder. If you have any problems ordering on the website or receiving tickets, please contact the technical support service at [email protected]

How to check in on skyup.aero
1. When is online check-in available?
FOR REGULAR FLIGHTS
- Online check-in opens:
72 hours before scheduled flight departure for Just Fly fare;
15 days before scheduled flight departure for Fly and Smile fare;
30 days before scheduled flight departure for Fly and Celebrate fare. - Online check-in closes 4 hours before departure.
- Check-in opens at local time of the country of arrival.
FOR CHARTER FLIGHTS
- There is no online check-in
- Check-in is carried out at the airport and is free of charge.
2. How to check in online on the website without a personal account (as a guest)?
- Go to skyup.aero.
- If you do not have a personal account, find the “Online check-in” tab and enter your voucher or booking number, as well as the last name indicated on the ticket.
- Click the “Next” button.
- Fill in the required fields: you may be asked to confirm your personal details (name, surname), passport and/or identification data (depending on the flight requirements). Confirm your choice to complete the registration.
- After successful online registration, you will receive a boarding pass, which will also be available in the "Documents" section, where you can download it. In addition, it will be sent to your email; if there is no email, check the "Spam" folder. You can print it or save it on your phone / tablet. Make sure that the QR code on the pass is clearly readable - it is needed for boarding.
3. How to complete online registration if you have a personal account?
- If you have a personal account, log in to it. In your personal account, go to the “My Bookings” or “Online check-in” section. All your bookings will appear in your account, and the online check-in option will become available. Find your flight and check if it has a status that allows check-in.
- Click the “Check-in” or “Online check-in” button next to your booking.
- Fill in the required fields: you may be asked to confirm your personal data (first name, last name), passport and/or identification data (depending on the flight requirements). Confirm your choice to complete the check-in.
- After successful online check-in, you will receive a boarding pass, which will also be available in the “Documents” section, where you can download it. It will also be sent to your email; if there is no email, check your “Spam” folder. You can print it or save it on your phone/tablet. Make sure that the QR code on the pass is clearly readable - it is needed for boarding.
4. What to do if you didn’t have time to check in online?
If you didn’t have time to check in online or online check-in is not available, you can check in at the airport. Check-in at the airport is available 2.5 hours and closes 45 minutes before departure.
- For regular flights, check-in at the airport is paid and costs 25 euros. If you have the Fly&Celebrate fare, check-in at the airport is free of charge.
- For charter flights, check-in at the airport is always free of charge.
Please pay attention to the hand luggage rules that are indicated on your boarding pass or in your booking - they may differ depending on the fare.
