The crew of the SkyUp special flight to Wuhan returns home

On 5 March, a 14-day observation was completed for SkyUp Airlines crew and nationals evacuated from China due to an outbreak of coronavirus. No suspected or confirmed cases of COVID-19 disease were found.

Today, 17 crew members of the Wuhan SkyUp special flight headed home. All of them are healthy, which is confirmed by laboratory tests.

The crew members who are 6 pilots, 10 flight attendants, and 1 technician has been returning to their usual rhythm of life.

“We’re happy to know that all our colleagues are healthy, finally came back to their homes and reunited with their families. They are incredible people. Their perseverance and love for aviation knows no bounds and is very inspiring. Almost from the first days of the observation, they told us how they dream to return to their beloved work. And we are very pleased to welcome them on our wings”, said Yevhen Khaynatsky, CEO of SkyUp Airlines.
