Name Change	A significant change in the spelling of the first name/surname, does not qualify as a passenger replacement	30 € via Call Center/Social Nets	the double name/surname was not fully entered when issuing the ticket; incorrect spelling of the name/surname; change of surname due to marriage/divorce, provided that the change took place before the ticket was issued and the ticket was mistakenly issued using the old details. Passenger identification is required to confirm that the updated information relates to the same person. Changes can be made no later than 5 hours before flight departure.
Pax Change	Reissuing a ticket to another passenger (change of passenger)	70 € via Call Center/Social Nets	Only possible for completely unused tickets. Not applicable if the first segment has already been used. Passenger change is possible no later than 48 hours before flight departure.
